Update 4/9/05: Dr Isadore Rosenfeld, News medical advisor, suggested everyone should take Omega 3 Fish oils. He said Harvard studies indicated Omega 3 fish oils to be anti-inflammatory and helpful for arthritis, asthma, depression and bipolar disease. He said it is believed to reduce the risk of colon cancer, slows the progress of alzheimer's disease and reduces the risk of sudden cardiac arrest. He personally prefers taking the Omega 3's because they have been tested for mercury and contaminants.
