Steel Cut Oats, 2 lbs, 908 g
For A Heartier Oatmeal
• Edgar Cayce Product
• Heartier Flavor
• May Reduce the Risk of Heart Disease
Our Steel Cut Oats are whole oat kernels which have been thinly sliced by steel
blades. They have a somewhat chewier texture and heartier flavor than rolled
oats. Steel Cut Oats are whole grain groats (the inner portion of the oat kernel) which have been cut into only 2 or 3 pieces, helping
to maintain all of its nutrients. Rich in soluble fiber, protein and vitamins, these oats may help reduce the risk of heart disease and support
healthy cholesterol levels.
Edgar Cayce Quotes:
"At least two or three times each week have plenty of the whole wheat cereals,
or steel cut oat cereals, but NOT rolled oats." Edgar Cayce (2001-1)
"Have plenty of the vitamin forces as may be supplied through steel cut oats
and such natures. These would be better assimilated from such nature's sources
than those that are of a synthetic nature or separated from their sources. Vitamin
B-1 is necessary in the system." Edgar Cayce (2009-1)
"Then, be mindful of the diets, that these are kept well balanced with plenty
of the iron and silicon foods, - such as whole wheat and steel cut oats." Edgar
Cayce (2014-1)
"In the diet, - be mindful that there are more of foods carrying the Vitamin
B and B-1; such as may be found in steel cut oats, especially, and in cracked
wheat, as well as liver ." Edgar Cayce (2470-1)
