Suggested Use:
Shake bottle. Squirt a small amount (roughly 1/3 oz) in your mouth. Swish for 30-60 seconds. With rinse still in your mouth, brush your teeth and tongue. It helps to tilt your head back slightly. Use as mouthwash as needed.
