The Baar "Small" Disposable Packs are great when applying a Castor Oil Pack to smaller areas of the body, such as a knee, elbow or wrist. It is a convenient way to apply the oil, with no mess. The Blue side of the pack is plastic coated for added protection. The opposite side is an absorbent, flannel-like material to which the Castor oil is applied.

Custom-Made Castor Oil Packs
Our Disposable Pads for Castor Oil Packs, are custom-made specifically for Baar Products, and are unlike any other product. Our pads are made from plant fiber. This absorbent material is essential for the pack to remain fresh and impurity free even after multiple Castor Oil Pack sessions. Other pads, chucks, and packs contain synthetic gels to neutralize any odors and may also contain antimicrobial components. Our pads are custom-made in the U.S.A. and cannot be found anywhere else. They are uniquely created to be hygienic, non-messy, convenient, and safe for use specifically with Castor Oil.

Suggested Use: Apply the Castor Oil (see "Related Items", below) to the white, absorbent side of the pack. Place the pack on top of your heating pad, blue side down, in order to warm the oil before applying it to the body. Then flip the pack on to your body and you are ready to go. No more messy plastic wrap. The packs are disposable so they remain fresh and impurity free. May be used for approx. 8-12 applications when stored in a cool, dark area.

The larger disposable packs (#755) may be used to protect your bed. Place one on your bed when you are using your pack.

Castor Oil Packs
A common area to apply the castor oil pack is on the right side of the abdomen, between the upper part of the rib cage and the upper edge of the hipbone. Another common area is across the abdomen from the right to the left side of the body, covering from the sternum to the pubic or groin area. Application is usually for 1 to 2 hours. A heating pack is placed on top of the castor oil pack to keep it very warm during application. It is best to consult your health care practitioner to determine frequency of application.
