For temporary relief of symptoms due to injury or overexertion: painful swelling or stiffness in muscles or joints, sprains and strains, bruise pain & discoloration, inflammation, or soreness after exercise. Advanced Arnica contains 2 forms of Arnica in 5 potencies for deep-acting soothing relief.

Arnica preparations have demonstrated the ability to assist the body's wound-healing mechanisms and provide mild analgesic properties when applied topically. In cases of swelling, Arnica continues to show analgesic effects making it effective for relief of stiff, aching muscles.*

Directions:
Apply generously to affected areas 2-3 times daily, or more often as needed. Massage in thoroughly until absorbed. For best results, apply immediately after the onset of symptoms. Reapply after bathing and before bedtime for ongoing relief. Can be used before and after exercise.
