Suggested Use:
The bottle is half filled. Shake the bottle, remove the cap and place the tube into the air space above the liquid, then breathe in the fumes. Breathe deeply through each nostril and then in through the mouth, exhaling after each. One aromatherapy tube is included with every Herbal Breathing bottle. There is 4 fluid ounces in each 8 ounce bottle. (Note: Breathe the fumes, only.) Best if replaced after 6 months after opening.

Oil of Eucalyptus, Tolu Balsam, Compound Tincture of Benzoin, Oil of Pine Needles, Rectified Oil of Turpentine and Rectified Beechwood in a Grain Alcohol base.

Cleaning Your Cold Coin:
Over time, you may notice that your Cold Coin® slightly changes color or takes on a tarnished look. This is due to a unique ionic reaction that occurs between the body and the Cold Coin when it touches the body. This is completely normal and very easy to resolve.

To clean, buff and scrub the coin under running water with a steel wool pad. This will not scratch or damage your Cold Coin. Once all of the tarnishing is gone, completely dry your coin. If the tarnishing is still noticeable, scrub again with a calcium, lime and rust cleaner, such as CLR. You can repeat this procedure as needed.
