Coconut Milk is an excellent choice for those who have difficulty digesting dairy products. Each jar contains enough milk powder to make 76 oz of Coconut Milk. Its rich, creamy texture adds a nutritional boost to soups, sauces, curries or your favorite beverages, even smoothies. Or just add to water for a delicious drink. It's vegan and contains less than 5% tapioca syrup.
Suggested Use: To rehydrate, mix 1 Tbsp (8 g) Coconut Milk Powder with 1 Tbsp water, then stir to make a paste. Add about 4 ounces of water, or to taste, and use as you would coconut milk in any recipe. For a more concentrated coconut cream product, use less water. Can be used undiluted in smoothies or recipes.
