Each drop contains 100 IU of Vitamin D: 4 drops provide 400 IU, 20 drops provide 2,000 IU. A full dropperful provides approximately 50 drops, or 5,000 IU.
Suggested Use:
Shake well. Adults: as a dietary supplement should take 4 drops 1 to 5 times daily. Children: Take 4 drops once daily. Take directly or add to your favorite beverage. Best when taken with a fat-containing meal. Consider taking this product in combination with Omega-3 Fish Oil and a Calcium Supplement.
