Directions:
Use mouthwash after brushing and flossing. Shake well before use. Swish vigoroulsy with 1 capful 2 or 3 times a day for at least 60 seconds. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after use (including water). Store in a cool, dry place. Discard 3 months after opening.
