Magnesium is an essential mineral which is involved in energy and carbohydrate metabolism. Malic acid is a normal constituent of cellular energy production throughout the body. It naturally occurs in some fruits. Malic Acid and Magnesium has become very popular for metabolic support in fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. Research reported in the Journal of Rheumatlogy, May 1995, indicates that Malic Acid and Magnesium may be beneficial in the treatment of patients with fibromyalgia. Malic acid is a key ingredient in the Krebs cycle.

Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet three times daily preferably with meals.
