The research on Maitake fractions has focused primarily on immuno-modulating properties. Although no controlled human clinical studies have yet to be completed studies involving the use of MaitakeGold for immune support are in progress at Sloan-Kettering. The results of the in vitro research and uncontrolled human clinical research suggest significant immuno-modulating properties including activation of Natural Killer cells and cytotoxic T- cells.

MaitakeGold is a potent Maitake extract. MaitakeGold represents such a significant improvement in Maitake formulations that it was recently granted a U.S. Patent (U.S. Patent # 5,854,404).

The patented Maitake Fraction contained in MaitakeGold is extracted from the fruitbody using hot-water extraction and then further purified through precipitation with alcohol.

Suggested Use:
Shake well before using. As a dietary supplement take 4 drops, 2x day.
Note: For maximum support, as advised by your health care practitioner, MaitakeGold™ dosage can be increased to .5 mg to 1.0 mg of MaitakeGold™ per kilogram of body weight per day. (To determine your weight in kilograms, multiply your weight in pounds times 0.45.)
