Individual needs may vary. Start with 1½ teaspoon (1 gram) daily and gradually increase to 2 slightly rounded teaspoons (4.5 g) per day as needed. Some people may need to start with a half teaspoon only and gradually work up to higher amounts. For best results, divide your daily amount of Natural Calm into two or three servings.
