The practice of nasal cleansing has been used by practitioners of yoga and Ayurveda. This simple process uses water mixed with a small amount of salt for the cleansing technique. We have simplified this process for you by providing you pre-measured packets of pure salt to mix into your nasal cleansing pot.

Suggested Use:
Pre-measured salt for nasal cleansing pot usage. Mix entire contents with 8 oz warm (not hot) water. Follow instructions that came with your Nasal Cleansing Pot. See Nasal Cleansing Pot instructions for warnings, cautions and further directions.

If you are suffering from any disease, infection or blockage condition consult your health care practitioner and follow his directions as to whether and in what manner to practice nasal washing. Nasal cleansing should not be practiced if your nostrils are obstructed or clogged to prevent flow in one side and out the other, or if you are suffering from any infection of the nasal, sinus or ear passages or have recently undergone ear or sinus surgery of any kind.
