Vegan Essential Omega is the ideal plant-based omega alternative to fish oil. Each serving provides Ahiflower® oil, a concentrated single-plant source of Omega-3 & 6 fatty acids for cardiovascular health. Ahiflower offers the richest effective omega fatty acids from a single-plant source, including stearidonic acid (SDA). The presence of SDA in Ahliflower oil makes it distinct from flaxseed as clinical trials have shown that Ahiflower has up to four times (4x) more efficient conversion to EPA than flaxseed oil.*
What is Ahiflower®?
Ahiflower® oil is extracted from Buglossoides arvensis, which is a small annual or biennial herb in the Boraginaceae (Borage) family. It is a plant source for vegan, non-gmo Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids which are important for heart and brain health. The unique SDA Omega fatty acid in Ahiflower is not available in chia or flax seeds and has been shown to be more effecient in increasing EPA (a type of Omega-3 fatty acid).
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take two (2) soft gels daily.
