If you are not happy with your purchase return the products in their original packaging within 30 days for a refund for the original cost of the product. Sorry, original and return shipping charges are not refundable. Returns may be sent Insured US Mail to our PO Box. This offer does not apply to the Radiac Unit (due to its unique custom construction), the Baar Wet Cell Battery, Violet Ray and Applicators, Charred Oak Kegs, DVD's and Books. These items are not returnable. Please contact our Customer Service Department if you have any questions. Some items may require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) approval number. Restocking Fee may apply.
Most orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days (Monday through Friday) after receipt. Express delivery (UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air) is available and costs vary with the weight and destination of your package. A physical street address is required for UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air packages. You must place your order by 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time Monday - Friday to receive your shipment by the next or 2nd business day. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or on National and Federal holidays. UPS does not include the day a package is picked up for shipment as included in the guarantee delivery date. All orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will leave our shipping facility on the next business day. Sorry, expedited shipping is not available for shipments to any location outside the USA, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for shipments to these locations. The UPS Service Guarantee (Expedited Shipping) does not apply when transportation networks are disrupted due to events of severe weather. Liquids are not permitted for transport to military addresses (APO/AE, FPO/AE, etc.). Orders shipped to a Post Office Box may incur added charges depending on package weight. We will reply by email, if additional shipping charges are applicable.
We do not drop ship to international addresses if paying with a US issued credit or debit card.
We provide free shipping only for internet orders carrying a subtotal of $99.95 or more, shipping to the Contiguous USA via USPS or UPS Ground service. Shipments to AK, HI, PR, GU, VI, APO and FPO do not qualify for free shipping. Must ship to a physical street address, valid by USPS and UPS. Offer not valid on call-in, mail-in, or wholesale program orders, or orders with a weight of more than 50 lbs.

High Value Shipping:
Packages valued over $400 will require to be paid by PayPal and also require a confirmation signature at delivery. Please be sure that you are available for delivery. Non-deliverable orders returned to Baar Products will incur a return delivery charge and also incur charges for the original shipping cost. If the order is requested to be reshipped, the shipping and handling charges will need to be paid. Reshipments are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping To Multiple Addresses:
The shopping cart does not currently allow you to ship to more than one address at a time. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please call Customer Service at 1-800-269-2502. If you prefer to place your multiple ship order(s) online, you will have to submit each order separately.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. All orders will be submitted to our credit card authorization center for address verification and approval. Please be sure to submit the correct credit card billing information when submitting your order through Check-Out. International orders may also be paid by wiring funds through Western Union or by bank transfer. Please call or e-mail for details.
CVV Security Code:
The code on the back of your card is proof that the card is in your hands. When shopping online or over the phone, the 3-digit code ( AMEX is 4-digits) helps us ensure you're holding the card. We will request the CVV2 at checkout from the cardholder, and the information is sent electronically to the card-issuing bank to verify its validity. Within seconds the CVV2 results are returned with authorization. If it’s returned invalid, we have the right to stop the transaction.
For your added protection, we are prohibited from keeping or storing the CVV2 number after the transaction has been completed.
Orders processing with a PayPal account will only be accepted with a PayPal "Confirmed Address" status. If your account does not have this status, please contact PayPal for details on updating your account.
IMPORTANT: International orders cannot exceed $750.00 USD at this time.

Prior to ordering, we advise that you confirm with your country's customs office that the products you wish to order are permitted for import, as we are unable to refund shipping/handling charges for orders refused by international customs. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to the product total on returned orders. All orders are shipped Airmail. Shipping/Handling costs are determined by package weight, destination and insurance. We do not pay for your country's imports taxes and duties, and they will be collected upon delivery. Our website will provide airmail shipping costs through the US Post Office.
Priority Mail International for an estimated delivery time of 7 to 12 business days from the package ship date.
Express Mail International for an estimated delivery time of 5 to 7 business days.
These are estimated delivery times, as there may be delays through International customs offices when processing the package. A single international order cannot not exceed $750.00 including shipping costs. Order totals over $750.00 must be placed as separate order, each below $750.00.
United Kingdom Orders: Due to recent changes in UK import regulations, orders processing for shipment to the UK must meet a minimum of $181.00 US, which includes shipping costs.
IMPORTANT: VAT, duties, and fees will not be paid during the checkout process. They will be collected upon delivery. These added VAT costs may exceed the merchandise’s value.
International orders processing with a PayPal account will only be accepted with a PayPal "Verified Account" status. If your account does not have this status, please contact PayPal for details on updating your account. International Orders ship only to the PayPal account card holder and billing address on record with PayPal. We do not ship to hotels, motels, temporary residences, etc. as a confirmed address.
International Credit Card Payment:
All credit card payments are electronically submitted for verification of card holder name and billing address. We will process an international order for shipment only to the credit card holder's name and billing address once the address has been verified by International Credit Card Services. Some countries do not provide electronic address verification services. If we are unable to obtain address electronic verification service, the credit card payment will not be accepted as a payment option. We suggest resubmitting your order using a Verified PayPal account. We do not ship to separate addresses. We do not accept international debit cards. Additional Delivery and Handling
Shipments to AK, HI, PR, GU, VI, APO and FPO and Post Office Box addresses may be assessed additional shipping/handling charges based on package weight, insurance and destination. Shipments to AK, HI, PR, GU, VI, APO and FPO do not qualify for free shipping. Orders of 50 pounds or more will be assessed additional charges. We will reply by email if additional charges are applicable.
A 20% restocking fee in addition to return package postage will apply to orders that have been shipped and either been refused or unclaimed by either the package receiver or International Customs Office. Those packages shipping Expedited or International delivery will be issued an actual charge of the return cost of the package in addition to a 20% restocking fee. This does not apply to packages damaged during delivery. Shipping/Handling charges are non-refundable.
Any missing item(s) or incorrect item(s) received must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery of your order. You may report these by calling our customer service department at 1-800-269-2502 or using our contact us form.

About Ordering On Our Web site
Ordering at Baar.com web site is very much like shopping at a supermarket. When you find the item you like just click the "Buy Now" or "Add to Basket" buttons displayed for each item.
Choosing "Buy Now" adds the item to your shopping basket and displays the shopping basket page. You can also see the contents of your basket at any time by choosing "Shopping Basket" from the top of the window.
Choosing "Add to Basket" adds your item to your shopping basket but doesn't change the page you're on so you can continue to shop without delay.
When you're ready to complete your order just click "Checkout". There you can securely enter your shipping and billing information and complete your order. Be sure your browser is able to accept "cookies".

Creating your Online Account provides a quick, easy and convenient way to order and re-order online. You can re-order securely without filling out lengthy forms with your billing and shipping address. You may also see past orders and reorder items from those orders in the Customer Order History. You can also manage and update your own account information. We do not keep credit card or payment information on file for your account.
