Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied. That's why we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

If you are not happy with your purchase, return the item(s) within 30 days of your invoice date for a refund of the original cost of the product. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Return product must be shipped in appropriate packaging. Please include a copy of the original invoice. Receipt of damaged items will not be accepted for a return. Returns may be sent by:

This offer does not apply to the Radiac Unit (due to its unique custom construction), the Baar Wet Cell Battery, Violet Ray and Applicators, Charred Oak Kegs, DVD's and Books. These items are not returnable. Please contact our Customer Service Department if you have any questions. Some items may require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) approval number. Restocking Fee may apply.

USA Express UPS Delivery

Express delivery (UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air) is available during checkout. Costs will vary based on the package weight and shipment destination of your package. A physical street address is required for UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air packages.

To receive your order on the next business day, choose Next Day Air, Monday through Thursday. Next-Day orders placed on Friday will arrive on Monday. Please note that 2nd Day Air is not guaranteed by UPS and may take longer than expected.

Express delivery orders must be placed by 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time Monday - Friday to receive your shipment by the next or 2nd business day. UPS does not deliver Saturdays, Sundays or on National and Federal holidays. UPS does not include the day a package is picked up for shipment as included in the expedited delivery date.

Express orders are only permitted to ship to the billing address, unless the order is paid for with a Verified Paypal account.

All express orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will leave our shipping facility on the next business day. The UPS Service Guarantee (Express Shipping) does not apply when transportation networks are disrupted due to events of severe weather.

Express UPS DELIVERY is only available for Continental USA addresses. It is not available for shipments to locations outside the USA, US Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

USA Ground Shipments

Most standard ground orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday) after receipt. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Orders shipped to a Post Office Box may require additional shipping charges based on package dimensional weight. If additional charges apply, we will contact you by email for approval before processing the order.

We do not offer international drop shipments when payment is made using a USA credit or debit card. International orders must be submitted using a verified PayPal account.

APO/AE, FPO/AE, USA Territories

Please allow additional time for shipments to these locations. Orders ship through the US Post Office. Liquids may not be permitted for transport to military addresses (APO/AE, FPO/AE, etc.). If a package is refused for shipment by the US Post Office, we are unable to refund original shipping charges.

USA Free Shipping

Free shipping is available to website orders carrying a subtotal of $125 or more when shipping within the Contiguous USA via USPS or UPS Ground service.

Shipments to AK, HI, PR, GU, VI, APO and FPO do not qualify for free shipping. This offer is not valid for telephone orders, mail orders, wholesale program orders, or orders with a weight of exceeding 50 lbs.

Payment Method for USA Orders

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. All payment methods are subject to authorization and address verification. Please ensure that your billing information matches the details associated with your payment method when completing checkout.

Payment Method for International Orders

International orders must be paid using a verified PayPal account. PayPal determines account verification status based on completion of its required verification steps and account details. If your PayPal account is not yet verified, please contact PayPal directly for assistance with completing the verification process and obtaining verified status. We are unable to accept payments using an unverified PayPal status.

High Value Shipping

Packages valued over $400 will require to be paid by PayPal and also require a confirmation signature at delivery. Please be sure that you are available for delivery. Non-deliverable orders returned to Baar Products will incur a return delivery charge and also incur charges for the original shipping cost. If the order is requested to be reshipped, the shipping and handling charges will need to be paid. Reshipments are not eligible for free shipping.

Shipping To Multiple Addresses

Our online shopping cart currently supports shipping to one address per order. To ship items to multiple addresses, please place each shipment as a separate order.

International Customers

Before placing an order, please confirm with your country’s customs office that the products you wish to purchase are permitted for import. We are unable to refund product or shipping charges for orders refused by international customs. Returned international orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the order total.

All international orders are shipped via US Post Office international airmail. Shipping and handling costs are calculated based on package weight, destination, and insurance. Any import taxes, duties, VAT, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected upon delivery.

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout through the U.S. Postal Service:

Priority Mail International: Estimated delivery in 6–10 business days from the ship date

Express Mail International: Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days from the ship date

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by delays in international customs processing.

Important: VAT, duties, and customs fees are not collected during checkout. These charges will be assessed and collected upon delivery and may, in some cases, exceed the value of the merchandise.

Additional Delivery and Handling

Shipments to AK, HI, PR, GU, VI, APO and FPO and Post Office Box addresses may be assessed additional shipping/handling charges based on package weight, insurance and destination. Shipments to AK, HI, PR, GU, VI, APO and FPO do not qualify for free shipping. Orders of 50 pounds or more will be assessed additional charges. We will reply by email if additional charges are applicable.

Refused Packages

Orders that are shipped and refused or left unclaimed by the recipient or international customs are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping costs.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
