Just brushing your teeth is not enough. The most important step is to correctly position your bristles for cleaning of all tooth surfaces and also reaching into the gumline to help reduce plaque and help fight gingivitis. This unique toothbrush design features a precise 5 row, patented Deep V-Groove bristle design. This allows for easy and accurate placement of bristles at a comfortable 45º angle - automatically! This 45° brushing technique is widely recommended by the American Dental Association for effectively removing plaque, especially plaque slightly below the gum line.

Directions:
Place brush over your teeth so that the outer bristles are felt on the gumline. Allow the bristles to fall into place at a 45 degree angle. Then brush with short back and forth strokes around the outer surface of your teeth using a very gentle "scrubbing motion".

To Clean Inner Sides Of Your Teeth:
Repeat the process above with the brush now positioned on the inner side of your teeth. Gently brush with short back and forth strokes. When you reach the inner frontal area, simply turn the brush to a vertical position and gently brush up and down. (Or as instructed by your dental professional.)
