Mushroom Immunity Tea
  • 1/2 tsp. BareOrganics Mushroom Immune Blend Powder
  • 1 chamomile tea bag
  • 1 cup water
  • honey to taste
  • Combine Mushroom Immune Blend Powder and water
  • Heat on low for 10 minutes
  • Remove and let cool
  • Steep chamomile tea bag for three minutes
*Add more hot water if you like a lighter flavor

Banana Bread Recipe
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp. BareOrganics Mushroom Immunity Blend
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • Mix the wet and dry ingredients into two separate bowls.
  • Add the dry ingredients into the wet little by little.
  • Pour the mixture into a bread mold, donut pan or muffin
    tin (makes around 6 large).
  • Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
Store in the fridge or freezer! Try it warmed up with some
almond butter on top!
