DrTung's Oil Pulling Concentrate is a time-tested remedy of 24 Ayurvedic plants and herbs used for oil pulling. Add it to coconut, sesame or sunflower oil to enhance efficacy and reduce pulling time.

Ancient Ayurvedic texts recommend oil pulling as part of your daily routine, to strengthen teeth and gums, help with mouth dryness and other oral conditions. Sesame oil is specifically mentioned for its subtle, penetrating, preventive and balancing effects. Unlike some other oil pulling products, DrTung's Oil Pulling Concentrate does not contain mint and is formulated with more than just a few essential oils that provide flavor. Rather, it is an ancient recipe of selected plants and botanicals chosen for their therapeutic properties and carefully prepared in organic Sesame oil.

Recent studies show that oil pulling helps against gingivitis, plaque, and microorganisms that cause bad breath. How? Most microorganisms inhabiting the mouth consist of a single cell. Cells are covered with a lipid, or fatty, membrane, which is the cell's skin. When these cells come into contact with oil, a fat, they tend to adhere to each other. One bottle lasts for 10-13 uses (3-4 weeks).

Directions:
Use undiluted, or mix entire contents with 5 oz. organic coconut oil, sunflower oil, or sesame oil (not toasted)- i.e. a 1:3 ratio.

Swish 4 times per week after tongue cleaning and brushing with a toothbrush:

Use 1 Tbsp blended mixture. If undiluted, use 1 tsp concentrate alone or with a little water.
Slowly swish it around the mouth and "chew" on it for 5–15 minutes.
When done, do not swallow but spit into toilet (not into sink).
Rinse your mouth with lukewarm, salt water.
