Suggested Use: Shake well before use. Settling is normal.
Massage: Gently massage into desired area(s) for 10-15 minutes. Skin may redden. Do NOT break skin. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Pat dry. Apply 1-3x, daily.
With Heating Pad: Gently massage into desired area(s). Skin may redden. Do NOT break skin. Apply a heating pad over area for 15-20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Pat dry. Apply 1-3x, daily.
Wrap With Disposable Pack: Gently massage into desired areas. Pour additional liquid in the middle of a disposable pack (#799) on the absorbent white flannel-like side, approx. 2-4 ounces. Wrap the disposable pack around or place on top of the desired area. The plastic side of the disposable pack will be against the heating pad, the white flannel against the skin. Place a heating pad over the disposable pack and allow to warm area for 15-20 minutes. Remove heating pad. Rinse area(s) thoroughly with warm water. Pat dry. Apply 1-3x, daily.
