Zinc is a mineral that can be supplied by the diet and is intimately linked to immune support*.  Zinc can be found in foods such as oysters, eggs, black-eyed peas, pumpkin seeds and tofu.  Zinc Plus contains Zinc in its preferred forms: Zinc Picolinate and Citrate (NOT Oxide), Copper Gluconate (as amino acid chelate), and Vitamin B-6 as active Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate. Copper helps a variety of enzymes to function properly, and is a necessary nutrient for healthy immune support.* Vitamin B6 supports the body's use of minerals including Zinc and in addition has a key role in maintaining a healthy immune system.*

Directions:
As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule daily preferably with a meal.
