Directions:
• Open the Wrap and evenly apply Castor Oil to the middle of the white cotton side.
• Place the Wrap with Castor Oil on the desired area.
• Fasten the Wrap using the Hook and Loop straps. Do Not Over-Tighten.
• Apply a Heating Pad to gently warm the area for better absorption of the castor oil.**
**Always use a comfortable heat setting when using a heating pad.
Cleaning Options are Easy:
• Toss in the washing machine and allow it to air dry.
