Ingredients: Organic Castor Oil.
Hexane-free.
Suggested Uses:
Skincare: As a skin softener or moisturizer, apply as needed to maintain a soft, smooth, youthful-looking appearance. Excellent for joint and muscle massage.
Eyebrows and Eyelashes: Apply a small amount of castor oil to the base of your eyelashes on your face overnight and massage into your eyebrows. Keep out of eyes.
Haircare: Apply a few drops to the scalp and roots of your hair. Gently massage the oil for about 3 to 5 minutes. Cover your head with a shower cap and let the castor oil sit for 1 to 2 hours. When the treatment is done, wash out the castor oil with shampoo and conditioner. Repeat this process 1 to 2 times a week to help restore and repair hair health.
Nails and Cuticles: For a more penetrating result, apply a few drops of castor oil to a cotton swap and gently massage the nails. Alternatively, add a few drops of castor oil to a warm bowl of water and soak the nails for 10 minutes.
Muscles and Joints: Apply a small amount onto the area of the sore and stiff muscle or joint, and massage gently to relieve the pain and swelling.
Castor Oil Packs: A common area to apply the Castor Oil pack is on the right side of the abdomen, between the rib cage's upper part and the hipbone's upper edge. Another common area is across the abdomen from the right to the left side of the body, covering from the sternum to the pubic or groin area. Application is usually for 1 to 2 hours. A heating pad is placed on top of the Castor Oil pack to keep it very warm during application. Optionally, you can use either a Castor Oil Pack Wrap with Buckles or a Castor Oil Pack Wrap with Hook-and-Loop to hold everything in place. It is best to consult your healthcare practitioner to determine the frequency of application.
