Poke salve is a traditional herbal remedy made from the pokeweed plant (Phytolacca americana). It’s been used historically in folk medicine to support healthy lymph drainage, calm swelling and ease discomfort.*
Dr. Baar makes a small batch with fresh, young poke leaves and not the root. This delicate process is performed only one time per year. It is wild harvested in its natural habitat
during the special season in which the Poke leaves are tender and young.

Directions:
