Sulflax® was prescribed by Edgar Cayce as a gentle bowel regulator for occasional irregularity. This formula, recommended in about forty readings, contains sulfur (sulphur), cream of tartar, and Rochelle salts. Edgar Cayce recommended laxatives as part of his approach to supporting regular elimination, particularly in cases of occasional constipation. His recommendations often included complementary practices, such as a diet rich in fruits and vegetables, hydrotherapy—including colonic irrigations—and manual therapies such as spinal manipulation and massage. 

The ingredients in Sulflax® have roots in traditional and historical medicinal preparations. Cream of tartar and sulfur, in particular, were used in earlier medical practice, including in preparations associated with bowel regularity. Sulflax® brings these traditional ingredients together in a formula inspired by Edgar Cayce’s readings.

Suggested Use:
1 level tsp. for 5-7 days in the morning before breakfast. Can be taken either dry or in warm water. Follow with a glass of water. Not to be taken for longer than 7 days.

Ingredients: Sulfur, Rochelle Salts, Cream of Tartar.
