"Thanks for a great service. I LOVE the patapar parchment! Brussel Sprouts never tasted so good!!" - D. C., Parker, CO
”Comes in sheets. I use it to bake potatoes. It holds 4 potatoes comfortably. I use a bread wire tie to cinch the paper. I cook the potatoes for 1 hour and a half and the paper doesn't burn or come apart.” - Amazon Customer
”Most veggies taste way better steamed wrapped in this. More flavor! You can cook them 20-45 minutes till soft and they still have great flavor! Colors are muted as in other long cooking methods. Save the juice inside the paper it's delicious! I follow the Edgar Cayce directions: no seasoning (not even salt) till done. Cook only 1 kind of veggie at a time in each piece of paper. Can reuse many times unless you are steaming chicken... comes out great but the paper gets gunky after 1 use with meat.” - Amazon Customer
”Always use this now… Amazing! Line my steamer machine out and cook inside the paper retaining all the good juices from veg and of course all the minerals!” - Amazon Customer
”Excellent quality! Exactly what I wanted!” - Amazon Customer
”Does what it should. Shared some with family and kids and adults loved them.” - Amazon Customer

”As recommended by the Cayce readings for extra assimilation of vitamins. Use these for En Papillote cooking.” - Amazon Customer

”Edgar Cayce said this was the best way to steam veggies and hold on to their nutritional value without it all leaching into the water. Good stuff!” - Amazon Customer
”Love this stuff, your food tastes so much better with fuller flavor and you don't throw out all of the good stuff with the water.” - Amazon Customer
”I use Patapar Paper because Edgar Cayce recommended it in his readings. As with all things in the Cayce readings, it was very good advice. I place my organic vegetables in Patapar Paper and steam them in a steamer until tender crisp. The Patapar Paper retains all the nutrients in the food and is reusable. The paper comes in very large sheets, so I am able to cut them into smaller pieces. I would highly recommend this method of cooking to any health-conscious person.” - Amazon Customer
”It's reusable which normal parchment isn't in the same way. ” - Amazon Customer
”Works great just what it says.” - Amazon Customer
Suggested Use:
Lay vegetables on a moistened sheet of parchment. Add seasonings. Take up four corners to form a sack, tie in a bow knot with white string. Place in pan, 1/4 full of boiling water. Cover pan. When using, always moisten first. This makes the parchment soft and pliable.
