Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) is a natural super-food mushroom, Chaga mushrooms are rich in a wide variety of vitamins, minerals, and nutrients, including: B-complex vitamins, vitamin D, amino acids, fiber, rubidium, copper, and zinc.

Chaga is part of a group of mushrooms and herbs that are called adaptogens.
